KAREN IN THE COMMUNITY...
Growth Through Connection
I had a wonderful time connecting with our County Officials, including the new Chief of Police, the Commissioner, and the Mayor. I’m excited about the opportunity to work together and see our city thrive and grow! Mayor, Jackie Espinosa & Chief of Police, Charles Broadway

There are 3 platforms that Karen Martin uses to elevate and empower women through business and personal growth:
-
Pastoral- Teach people how to walk by faith and not by sight!
-
Professional Networking-The goal isn't just to host, but to create a Transformational networking experience where people feel celebrated, connected, and empowered.
-
Girl Talk International- A mobile forum where women have a safe place to discuss sensitive content and leave with a resolution; whether through prayer, an encouraging message, or a needed resource.

About Girl Talk International

(2011) pictured from left to right; Karen Martin CEO of Girl Talk International, and her daughter, Monique Martin
Girl Talk International was born when my daughter Monique was just five years old, and I wanted to create special moments for us to connect.

Each week, I would say, “Let’s have girl talk,” and we would sit together with tea and cookies as she eagerly shared whatever was on her heart.
I promised her that our talks would be confidential, teaching her the value of trust while helping her grow in confidence, faith, and character.
_______________________________
Today, Girl Talk International has grown into a thriving community,
connecting women both in annual in-person gatherings and virtual meetings throughout the year. Together, women from every background come to share, inspire growth, and leadership, all while stepping into their greatness and shining their light to create a pathway for others to do the same.
